Whatever Stage You're At, We Speak Your Language

Storm damage, a planned upgrade, a home you’re about to sell, or a home you just bought, White Ibis Restoration works with Florida homeowners at every stage, with the same owner-operated accountability every time.

Florida Building Code compliant

25+ years roofing experience

Owner-operated, Daytona Beach

Why Homeowners Choose Us

Owner-Operated, Documentation First

You’re not handed off to a call center or a rotating cast of subcontractors. White Ibis Restoration is owner-operated, and every inspection is documented in photos and writing before we recommend a scope of work, not after.

When it comes to insurance, we keep our role clear: we inspect and document what we find and give you an honest picture of the damage. The claim itself stays between you and your carrier. We’re not in the business of inflating a claim to win a job, we’re in the business of being the contractor you call again next time.

Whatever brought you to us, storm damage, a planned upgrade, or a home you're about to buy or sell, you get the same owner, the same standard, every time.

The White Ibis Restoration standard

Who We Work With

Every Kind of Homeowner, Every Stage

Here’s how White Ibis Restoration works with each type of homeowner we see most.

Storm & Insurance-Claim Homeowners

Fast Response, Full Documentation

For Storm & Insurance-Claim Homeowners

Fast, Documented Help When Damage Just Happened

When a storm hits, you need a contractor who can move fast and document everything, not one who guesses. White Ibis Restoration provides emergency tarping and board-up, then a full photo and written inspection of every affected system, roof, siding, windows, flooring, so you have clear documentation for your insurance adjuster and a clear recommendation on what needs to happen next.
For Proactive Homeowners

Upgrade Before the Storm, Not After

Some of the best projects we do happen before anything goes wrong: a roof replaced before it fails, impact windows installed ahead of hurricane season, siding and gutters brought up to current standards. We inspect the full exterior, tell you honestly what’s holding up and what isn’t, and help you plan and finance the upgrades that matter most.

Proactive Homeowners

Upgrade Before, Not After

Sellers & Pre-Listing Homeowners

Repairs on Your Timeline

For Sellers & Pre-Listing Homeowners

Repairs That Don't Slow Down Your Sale

A failed inspection item or an aging roof can stall a sale fast. We inspect, document, and repair exterior issues on a timeline built around your closing date, with written documentation you can hand to a buyer, an inspector, or your realtor. No guesswork, no delays you didn’t plan for.
For New Homeowners

Get to Know Your Home's Exterior

Florida’s heat, humidity, and storms are hard on a home in ways buyers from other states often don’t expect. We offer a baseline exterior inspection for new homeowners, roof, windows, siding, gutters, so you know what’s in good shape, what needs attention soon, and what can wait, before it becomes a surprise.

How We Handle Insurance Claims

When storm damage is involved, we inspect the property and document everything we find in detail, photos, measurements, and a written summary you can hand directly to your insurance adjuster. That documentation is often the difference between a claim that gets approved cleanly and one that gets questioned.

What we don’t do is file or negotiate the claim on your behalf, or promise a specific settlement amount. The claim is between you and your carrier. Our job is to give you an honest, well-documented picture of the damage and to be available if your adjuster has questions, not to make promises we can’t keep.
