Whatever Stage You're At, We Speak Your Language
Florida Building Code compliant
25+ years roofing experience
Owner-operated, Daytona Beach
Owner-Operated, Documentation First
You’re not handed off to a call center or a rotating cast of subcontractors. White Ibis Restoration is owner-operated, and every inspection is documented in photos and writing before we recommend a scope of work, not after.
When it comes to insurance, we keep our role clear: we inspect and document what we find and give you an honest picture of the damage. The claim itself stays between you and your carrier. We’re not in the business of inflating a claim to win a job, we’re in the business of being the contractor you call again next time.
Whatever brought you to us, storm damage, a planned upgrade, or a home you're about to buy or sell, you get the same owner, the same standard, every time.

Upgrade Before the Storm, Not After
Some of the best projects we do happen before anything goes wrong: a roof replaced before it fails, impact windows installed ahead of hurricane season, siding and gutters brought up to current standards. We inspect the full exterior, tell you honestly what’s holding up and what isn’t, and help you plan and finance the upgrades that matter most.
- Pre-season roof and exterior inspections
- Impact-rated window and door upgrades
- Financing available through Hearth and Wisetack

How We Handle Insurance Claims
When storm damage is involved, we inspect the property and document everything we find in detail, photos, measurements, and a written summary you can hand directly to your insurance adjuster. That documentation is often the difference between a claim that gets approved cleanly and one that gets questioned.
What we don’t do is file or negotiate the claim on your behalf, or promise a specific settlement amount. The claim is between you and your carrier. Our job is to give you an honest, well-documented picture of the damage and to be available if your adjuster has questions, not to make promises we can’t keep.
